Launched in 2002, TSCHIFFELI & PARTNERS is an exclusive global network of independent legal, management, finance, consulting, audit, tax, accounting, insurance and real estate brokerage firms that are focused on offering an array of multi-disciplinary, added-value services to the business community.
Individually and collectively, member firms are committed to providing the highest level of quality, expertise, service and value to their clients and to each other, as they work collaboratively to cover different geographic regions and to address different areas of expertise.
TSCHIFFELI & PARTNERS refers to the brand under which the member firms provide services to their clients and/or refers to one or more member firms, as the context requires. All services are delivered solely by member firms. The network does not provide services to clients and it is neither a partnership nor a corporate entity. Rather its purpose is to act as a coordinating structure for its member firms. In other words, the network connects clients around the world to varied source of first-hand expertise.
Focusing on key areas such as strategy, brand, and quality, the network develops and implements policies and initiatives to achieve a common and coordinated approach among individual firms where appropriate. Each member firm maintains complete autonomy to exercise professional service on an individual basis, keeps its own accounting records, and establishes its own invoices. On the other hand, it must apply the terms and conditions, and price policy prescribed by the network.
Members are entitled to use the TSCHIFFELI & PARTNERS logo on their letterhead, business cards, website, email signature and marketing materials. In return, they shall pay an annual membership fee and a 10% commission on any invoice issued.
All members of the network have signed this Network Membership Agreement in order to comply with our core values, principles and rules.

Member firms are not agents of, do not pay referral fees and do not obligate, one another and are not liable for one another's acts or omissions.
